How to Get Started

- Use your ACES membership email to register and create your password.
- You will need your ACES membership number.
- Once registered, you’ll be able to log in anytime at https://aces-webinar.

- Navigating the Platform
- After logging in, you’ll find three main course categories:
- Archived Webinars (Non-CE Credit) – View past ACES webinars for educational enrichment.
- Professional Development Trainings with CE Credit – Watch recorded Webinars and earn CEUs by completing required quizzes and evaluations.
- Home Study ACES Webinars – Complete on-demand courses at your own pace for CE credit.
- After logging in, you’ll find three main course categories:
- How to Earn CE Credit
- Choose a CE-eligible course or webinar.
- Watch the full session.
- Complete the post-webinar/home study quiz and evaluation form.
- Upon successful completion, your CE certificate will be available for immediate download.
This new system helps ensure you can continue growing as a counselor educator or supervisor—when and where it’s convenient for you.
