Purpose
The purpose of the ACES Qualitative Interest Network (referred to as “CEQUIN”) is to provide a supportive and educational community for counselor educators and supervisors who engage in qualitative research. CEQUIN strives to be an open, collegial, reciprocal, and friendly environment for qualitative researchers.
Membership
Membership in CEQUIN is open to all ACES members who desire to network, learn, and refine their qualitative research skills. Qualitative researchers at any experience level are welcome to participate.
Goals
- To offer educational opportunities to increase counselor educator and supervisor qualitative research competency.
- To create networks for qualitative research tasks (e.g., auditing).
- To establish a consulting network to enable qualitative researchers to connect with one another about qualitative research projects.
