Denver Seminary (Littleton CO) – seeks candidates for Assistant/Associate Professor of Counseling (2 positions available). The position is full-time, non-tenure track, in CACREP accredited Counseling Program, and eligible for rank advancement. Completed Ph.D. in Counselor Education required, along with the ability to intentionally integrate counseling and theology in the classroom and in clinical practice. Position responsibilities are primarily focused on teaching, clinical supervision, and student engagement. Preference given to those with experience teaching at least three of the following: school counseling, theological foundations of counseling, research, psychopharmacology, trauma, sexuality, groups in counseling, and career development. This is a 12-month renewable position that begins July 1, 2021. Candidates must fully support Denver Seminary’s Statement of Faith, Mission, Vision, Core Commitments and Community Values and Behavioral Commitments.
